This Privacy Policy explains what information SONARA Body Contouring, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind The Bragg Method, collects through annebragg.com, thebraggmethod.com, and our related pages (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Macon, Georgia.


We keep this simple. We collect what we need to answer your questions, book your sessions, sell and ship our equipment, and get paid. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us


  • Contact details. Name, email address, phone number, and your business or practice name when you fill out an inquiry form, request a guide, join a waitlist, or email us.

  • Inquiry details. Your role, practice type, city and state, equipment you currently use, timeline, and anything else you choose to tell us when you ask about training or the SONARA package.

  • Booking details. When you book a session, you do it through Vagaro (see Section 3). That may include your name, contact details, appointment history, and any intake or health information you provide.

  • Order and payment details. When you buy from us, we collect your billing and shipping information, your business entity details, and your signed agreement. Payment information is handled by our payment processor, not stored by us (see Section 3).

  • Messages. Anything you send us by email, social media, or form.


Information collected automatically


When you visit the Site, our website platform and tools may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:


  • Respond to your questions and inquiries

  • Deliver the free guides you request and send related emails

  • Book and manage appointments

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices, and process payments

  • Ship equipment and schedule training

  • Keep records for tax, accounting, insurance, and legal purposes

  • Understand how the Site is used and improve it

  • Measure and run our advertising

  • Protect against fraud and misuse


If you receive marketing emails from us, you can stop them at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. Right now those are:


  • Squarespace hosts the Site and runs our online cart.

  • Kit manages our email list and delivers free guides.

  • Dubsado handles our inquiry forms, contracts, proposals, and invoices.

  • Stripe processes payments. Stripe receives the payment information you enter and handles it under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers.

  • Affirm and Klarna provide financing if you choose that payment option. Your application is between you and them.

  • Vagaro handles session bookings and any intake information you enter there, under its own privacy policy.

  • Google Workspace hosts our business email and files.

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive limited data about your visit if you interact with our pages or ads (see Section 4).

  • Shipping carriers receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver equipment.


We may also share information with our attorneys, accountants, and insurers as needed, and when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request. If we are ever involved in a sale or restructuring of the business, your information may transfer to the new owner.


We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for third-party marketing.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your cart, and understand traffic. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who have visited the Site.


You can control cookies through the banner on the Site and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Many browsers also let you send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. We honor these signals where our tools allow it.

5. Client photos and results

We may show before-and-after photos and results on the Site and our social media. We do this only with the client's written permission, and a client can withdraw permission for future use at any time by contacting us.

6. Health information

The Site does not ask for medical information. If you share health information with us, whether through Vagaro intake forms, during a session, or by email, we use it only to provide your service and keep it confidential. Please do not send sensitive health details through the general contact form.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Email subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Contracts, invoices, and payment records are kept for the period required for business and tax purposes.

8. How we protect information

We use reputable platforms that apply industry-standard security, and we limit who on our team can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us right away.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:


  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you

  • Correct information that is wrong

  • Delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep

  • Stop sending you marketing emails


Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to opt out of certain kinds of sharing or targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within the time required by law.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

The Site links to services we do not control, including Vagaro, Kit, Facebook, and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in a more prominent way.
